Panera bread is our favorite place to eat in the United States. Here the food tastes REAL. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recommend Broccoli Cheddar Soup in Bread bowl and Frontega Chicken Panini. So delicious.

The tables and floor were dirty, it took me the better part of three minutes just to find a clean enough table to eat at. When my order number was called I tried to ask for more dressing for my salad and the man behind the counter stared at me for the better part of twenty to thirty seconds before walking behind the higher parts of the counter to ignore me. After getting to my table I also noticed that the larger bowl of soup I ordered due to the smaller size not being enough had possibly less soup in it then the regular small size. Not to mention my friend who joined me for dinner had to go to the counter to inquire about the speciality drink he ordered and then got an attitude about it from the young woman who prepared it. I have gone to many different Panera's and this has to be the worst experience I have had without any doubt. I hope that in the future the they can get things together. Next time I visit Ocean City I will not return here.
