While in the office things went smooth for pick and drop. Was given a few choices of rentals.

I would like to write this as a waning to anyone thinking of renting a car from this Enterprise or any other local location that serves under this area's district manager. His name is Chris. We had rented a car from this location and on the day of the rental the store manager Erin was the only employee working and stated she was "understaffed" so a car inspection form was already filled out inside with NO DAMAGE checked on it. Due to the cold conditions and her being alone she did not inspect the car with us and show all parts working as they are supposed to do. My wife left and attempted to use the radio touch screen which did not work so she used the push buttons and did not return to the location again as we had already been there to return a car they SOLD while renting to us and we had to continue a normal routine with children. A few days later a snow a freeze came over night and in the morning the touch screen had a crack all the way down it. My wife decided then to return this car to the office. They sent us off with another car and said a investigation would be done. A week later we received a letter from them stating we owed $900.00 to fix the touch screen in the car. I called the local office and was reffered to Chris the area manager. During this discussion with him I asked if I could record the conversation for my protection as they refused to document any talking by email to leave a paper trail. During the conversation Chris told me that he was told by Erin the local manager that my wife had came in to the office and said "She broke the touch screen and if it was under $500 that she would pay for it no problems, if it cost more we would talk about it". So I then call Erin the store manager also recording the conversation with her. She stated " I never told Chris that' I told her he was very clear with his words that she told him that. She then stated " If he said that then that is a Lie, I only said that I asked your wife how much her insurance deductible was and that she had NEVER stated she broke anything. I then called back to Chris to confront him with this and he basically had no answer for his lie and the recording of himself giving his name and title and Erin giving her name and title on the recording but basically calling each other a liar. He then just reffered my case to a enterprise corporate debt collecting office. We also decided to further prove there negligence to video this office doing other random rentals and have 5 incidents showing them renting a car without inspecting with customer. When I asked Chris if they used photo taking technology or check in when a car is returned he said "Uhhhh... we use ipads but that location hasnt started using that technology yet. " Once I heard this ridiculous response along with the recorded lies I realized this is a profit method with a dishonest area manager. In all fairness to end this Erin the local manager did not inspect our car or follow there policy but she was kind and honest through the process, she was just stuck trying to defend her lying boss. I have all corresponding evidence as listed and will be release to other outlets to hopefully keep other people from being in this same situation.

Called for pickup about half an hour before my reservation was scheduled. Was on hold for about 20-25 min before reached someone at the office. They wasn’t able to pick me up right away. I should have called in advance to schedule a pickup as they seem busy there.

Amazing, very fast without long waiting and good price. I can only recommend. I will definitely use the service again.

We booked the car online, reservation was approved. Than we came to pick up the car - they gave us smaller car, said that they dont have the car we booked. And two weeks after we gave back the car they charged us some more money on credit card. Not a good services

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ocean City, MD was good. I had a family emergency at home and didn't have transportation. I was able to get someone to drive me to the Enterprise location and was pleased to find that they had several cars for me to choose from. I had 3 weeks worth of vacation stuff to fit into the car and was able to do that with a larger vehicle. I was in and out in no time - it pays to fill out most of the paperwork online prior to picking up your car. Thanks Enterprise for your help.
