A HUGE thank you to Dr. Eschenburg. I had broken a tooth on vacation and left a message in the evening. He called me first thing the following morning, and saw me in the morning. He was extremely professional and presented several options. He made me comfortable and fixed my tooth. If I was a local I would definitely consider having him as my primary dentist. Courteous and helpful staff as well....called my dental office in order to learn how to submit to my insurance for me. Highly recommend.
On my way to OC for vacation, I developed some tooth pain. I called Dr. Eschenburg's office the morning of the day we were to arrive in OC. He luckily had time available and saw me that Thursday afternoon. Fortunately, I did not need any extensive work done but only needed some prescriptions which he provided. He also sent me home with the original copies of the xrays he took for my home dentist. My visit was pleasant, expedious, and professional. Dr. Eschenburg took the time to explain to me why I was having pain and treated me appropriately. His office staff was friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job in working with my insurance. His office was bright, modern, and clean. As a medical professional myself, I would highly recommend Dr. Eschenburg for any dental needs you may have based off of my visit.
Dr. Eschenburg and his staff are wonderful! I was on vacation at the beach when I experienced a terrible toothache during a weekend. I called numerous dental offices Monday morning and Dr. Eschenburg was the only dentist that was able to see me right away. He discovered I needed a root canal and when I said the pain was unbearable, he went ahead and began the procedure that same day! He even opened the office on his day off to finish the root canal in time for me to travel home. His staff really made me feel at ease and worked with me to find the best solution. I honestly have never had such a positive experience. It really speaks to Dr. Eschenburg's character for him to go out of his way to help someone who wasn't even his patient.
I lost a filling and chipped a tooth on Sunday 5/20/12. I went to see Dr. Eschenburg on Tuesday 5/22/12. He saw me right away and told me that the tooth was cracked so bad that it would have to be surgically removed. I came back on Thursday 5/24/12 and he worked on me for 2 hours to save me from having to go to an oral surgeon. Since the tooth was also infected, he gave me a prescription for antibiotic and Tylenol #3. I must admit, that night I was in a lot of pain but this morning I felt great!!! The bleeding had stopped and the pain was gone. If not for the stitches, I would not even know I had work done. I would highly recommend Dr, Eschenburg not only for emergencies, but for regular dental work as well. His office is clean, his staff is pleasant and his talent is extrodinary. I have a new dentist!
I was on vacation and couldn't get to my usual dentist. I went to Dr. Eschenburg as an emergency patient with an extremely painful toothache. Dr. Eschenburg took x-ray, as is necessary to locate which tooth is the problem, as I couldn't specifiably do so. In the end I needed a Pulpotomy to remove a decayed pulp. Dr. Eschenburg took great care to ensure tooth was located and that the procedure was painless. One day later and I'm pain free. I still need to follow up with my primary dentist but only because I can't stay in OC for the follow on root canal... Or I would. Thanks Dr. Eschenburg!
