Great store
Went here to upgrade from an iPhone 6 plus to a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. The store manager was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me hook up everything and showed me some must get apps and settings. Excellent service. Especially this time of year with nobody that speaks English
If you are a man, this store will give you adequate service. However, if you are a woman, especially a young woman you will be treated with complete contempt and disrespect. I have two teenage daughters that live in the OC area. Every time they have needed to go to the White Marlin Mall Verizon store they have left crying or furious. The man who owns the place will skip over women in line to wait on a man. Do yourself a favor and go to another store if you are a woman alone. This is an incredibly sexist owner and with any luck he will go bankrupt soon.
