Our experience with O. C. Floor Gallery was horrible.
By ignoring the problem it isn't going to go away. We will be sure to tell our friends and coworkers of our experience. I am sure they will do the same.
We had Berber carpet installed in a rec. room, hallway and bedroom. After the installer left we noticed a 1/2 gap between where the carpet ended and the inside of our 2 sliding glass doors. 1/2 inch of subfloor was exposed to the naked eye.
If you do choose this company to install your flooring you better make sure it's done correctly before they leave because the chance of them returning your calls are slim to none.
Professional and knowledgeable staff who walked us through the entire process! Very pleased with the finished product! Would recommend for sure!
I choose O. C. Floor Gallery for 2 reasons. 1st a friend recommended them and secondly they had been in business for awhile. The last flooring company I used went out of business. I was their last customer.
Had the pleasure of working with Dustin Levy at the Ocean Gateway location. I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience from the day I walked into their showroom to the day that the carpet was installed. I got a great product, at a good price, that was installed in a timely manor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpeting.
When the sales rep. returned from a week long church retreat out of the country she called to see if everything was ok. When we informed her we weren't happy she asked me to send pictures. She called me back to gather more information and said she would call back.
A few days went by and my wife called her back to follow up. She said she would call back and speak to me since my wife was at work. No call was received. It has been a few weeks now and still no call.
I was able to resolve the situation by installing 2 pieces of trim below each door.
When the sales rep. came out to measure I felt comfortable with her. I felt if there was a problem she would be there for us. Boy was I wrong. I would of rather had them call back and say sorry there isn't any thing we can do for you. At least I would know what course of action to take. Perhaps the owner told her not to call us back. If that's the case it doesn't speak highly of the owner.
