I brought my son, we saw Dr Joe. He was so nice, showed us the other rooms, and most of all my son and I felt very comfortable. It was extremely clean and everybody was so very nice.
They refused to treat me without even calling my insurance because as per receptionist "last time they had problems getting paid from this insurance". Seriously?!?! I have One of the best private insurance companies. And it's no excuse not to take a patient without even verifying or making a phone call!!! Horrible from desk! Manager should look into their work ethics!
I had double foot surgery 4 weeks ago so i have a handicapped sticker... When i arrived I was greated by a lady who thought it was acceptable to tell me to move my car because there are “a lot of people that need it”. so i guess my situation was less important than another handicapped individual . I will never step foot in this place again. Giving them one star was generous.
Clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, and the doctors are patient, informative and take care of the issue. It's really nice to have such a great place to go in a pinch or when our primary doctor is unavailable.
Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist who kept repeating the same directions at me what were wrong just in time for me to find them when closed.
