Where to start? Although I knew of Steve Rakow, I didn't know him well. But when my grandson got into a bit of trouble, my friend said "Call Steve Rakow" And then she made the call. Steve immediately too my call and I explained the situation and we set up an appointment for the next day. He explained everything to my grandson and me, in a way that was easy to understand.
