Likewise with every service he offers. His limo service: one limo, about 6 years old--6 passenger by law, regardless of what’s on his site. Photography? please, demand to see current, recent pictures. Not just what's on the site, but an entire wedding's worth.
Now granted, I am part of his competition. That said, ask around. Ask hotels, photographers, caterers, ministers, and so on--they'll give you the same. Sean preys on the out of town client. The client that wants to make all of their arrangements by phone. After all, how much harm can you do to his business from, say, PA, or Ohio? As mentioned, I’m a fellow wedding professional. As such, I have other professionals that I speak very highly of, and would recommend if I were not available—so this is not just bashing my competition.
Non professional and not worth it. They screwed up our wedding and over charged us for services. Refusing to refund us the money they over charged us for the steel drummer.
I just heard bad things about this service, you better find someone who will take care of you like your are part of the family not like you are $100 bill

Ask about his top DJ...Arnoldo. Last year he was working in banquet--never having touched a piece of gear. Sean saw a chance to pay him $100 a night, and pocket $700--and who cares if your wedding is ruined, right?
WhatAs a wedding professional myself, I caution each and every bride to ask around about any vendor they choose to use. Rox is what is referred to as a "farm". He will take as many gigs as he can, with his paid for, professionally made website that is just good enough to convince you--and his top ranking in Google which only means that HE PAYS FOR HIS PLACEMENT! (Top billing does not mean they are best...just willing to lay down the money)
