Overall great value in my personal opinion. 6 of us were able to sleep comfortably. Place wasn't immaculate upon check in and I'm not sure they send a cleaning staff so it's up to you to make it presentable for the next renter. Great location, very quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The woman working the desk was wonderful every time we dealt with her and we couldn't of asked for a better trip. Just do a thorough check upon arrival as we did have small things in the room missing and/or broken.
If you're going for senior week, don't rent from these people. Their security is the most strict, stingy, and annoying people to deal with. Can't party in your house past 10pm at all without getting caught. Everything is broken and old in the house. There are ants everywhere, it is literally like moving into the jungle when you stay there. I stepped on a slug when going into the shower, and flung it off onto the wall with a pen. Not to mention you have to plunge the shower to get the water to drain. Half the beds give you scoliosis because they are all 40 years old. The tv's are from 1922, and there isn't any wifi up in this jawn. Point is... don't stay in any of there houses, all of our friends paid the same price for immaculate houses.
DO NOT STAY HERE! The place was absolutely disgusting. We had to break out the gloves and lysol before we even unpacked. Flies for days..you could see the remainders of ones that had been squished on the wall before we even got there. The bathroom was filled with mold and the shower did not drain. Had to turn off the water in between rinsing to avoid overflowing. Even had maintenance come in to fix it but it did not help. All the shelves in the fridge were broken or missing. There was a leak somewhere in the kitchen sink so water pooled on the counter. We called maintenance on this issue and they said they were aware but are waiting for the homeowners to respond. Clearly the owners do not care about the property and just want the money. Place reeked of smoke even though smoking was not allowed. There are no grills as stated by the community either. Its been almost a month and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Yes, its close to the boardwalk, but don't waste your money. Spend a little bit more for a reputable hotel so your trip is enjoyable.
We stayed at Coconut Beach 34. DO NOT STAY THERE! I felt like I was dealing with slum lords. Condo does not look like the pictures, it is poorly constructed with minimal upgrades. Condo was dirty with flies and ants, we had to clean ourselves and buy fly and ant traps. Beds were cots. Porch was filthy, sand and dirt t/o condo. Called and reported the place was dirty and that there was only 1 remote for 3 TVs with no concern. On 2nd day black mold found in coffee maker...disgusting! Went to office and complained and received 2 remotes and a new coffee maker and was told they could send their "good" cleaning crew over at that time. We did refuse because WE already cleaned the day before. Stayed 6 days and was never able to get the ants cleared up, they were coming out of the stove the day we left! On our way home we received a phone call from them because we left with the plastic parking permit and were told we needed to overnight it or they were going to charge us $75, we paid $25 to overnight it and are still waiting on our security deposit they conveniently "don't know why it has not been sent yet"...but they "will send next week." The place is way over priced for the filth and BS you put up with!!! Worst vacation ever!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The pictures are not what they look like. They do not clean their condos AT ALL!! My family and I spent 4 hours and $30 at Walmart just to make the conditions somewhat inhabitable for one night when we were originally supposed to stay for 3 nights. Ants crawling all over the place and out of the stove, mold in both bathrooms, a dirty pullout sleeper sofa that even 3 bedsheets on top wouldn't allow me to let any of my kids sleep on it. The bathroom drain had globs of hair in it as well as all over the walls. The backdoor lock was broken so you couldn't get out in the case of an emergency. The whole condo reeked of urine that was ventilating through the AC unit. When I turned in my "checklist" of everything wrong with the unit and complained the young man at the desk didn't seem phased by it and said he would send maintenance, but they didn't fix it, they just said ok I'll let management know.When I spoke to the manager the next day after being harassed by the "security/maintenance" personnel she informed me that I should have contacted the cleaners about the cleanliness of the condo and ask why they didn't clean it that it wasn't their problem. These people are filth and do nothing but swindle people for more money by passing the buck off onto other people. The responsibility of the place is literally passed from security to maintenance,(which inadvertently is the same people) to the cleaners, but never to management. This place is a joke and I will never have anything nice to say about their condos or the people who are responsible for the place. I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me post without giving it a star of some sort.
