Service and food really sucks!what happened to fast food.
Upon entering the store, there was a line all the way to the door, a line in the drive-thru and one person behind the register. There was no manager preset, and it was obvious, because none of the employees had any direction. There were fingerprints all over the windows, trash all over the floor, trash all over the soda bar, napkins empty, and it took us almost 20 minutes to even have our order taken. I know all this sounds like an exaggeration, but I assure you it's not, and the bad part is that I'm not even finished. Upon reaching the counter the employee was rude and very monotone. I ordered an airheads freeze and was informed they were out of it. I then proceeded to order a go cup, and a famous bowl with a Baja blast freeze. After placing the order, my girlfriend proceeded to the soda fountain only to discover that they were out of 3 flavors. While waiting for my food I noticed that the baseboards of the front counter were a sticky mess that looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The door to the kitchen that an employee was touching while wearing his gloves, had a huge black circle around the door knob. The oven glass doors are so cloudy that the staff had to constantly open the doors to look at the product cooking. Ithe was also during this time that I had noticed twould employees who were smoking outside come inside, and not wash their hands, but proceed to put gloves on and go back to what they were doing. I heard several customers get told that it would be 15 minutes if they wanted a specific item, can't confirm what it was, but this was about 3 different people over the course of about 10 minutes who were told this; which means that the product wasn't actually being made, they were lazy and simply telling people it would be 15 minutes if they wanted it. I was a manager for 5 years at a restaurant and I promise you that if the board of health would have walked in, they would have been shutdown immediately. Also, after waiting about 15 minutes for my small order, I was hesitant to eat it, but I did anyway, because I was starving. 20 minutes later I was in the bathroom for quite awhile, as I had gotten sick from the food. The was quite literally my worst experience at a restaurant, and I when I called ton speak to someone about it, the phone rang out several times without answer. Don't go here, unless you want to get sick and be disgusted.
Staff was very slow and unknowable about products
They are consistently out of Grilled Chicken. If hey have it on the menu they should have it cooked.
