Went through drive-in about 7pm. Service was polite and professional- about the only good I can say. The biscuit had been either in fridge or freezer and was ice cold at the core and just barely warm on the outside like it had been microwaved.
Soda machine apparently was not mixing properly as my Fanta tasted like straight syrup with little to no carbonation.
Hit or miss on food being hot...MUST REQUEST FRESH HOT chicken & sides . OTHERWISE food is good as Popeyes is supposed to be
Popcorn shrimp were tasty, but the fish tasted old and foul with a horrible fishy taste. I would eat McDonalds filet-o-fish any day over what I was served and that is saying something.
The chicken was delicious and crispy and the sides were cooked well. They wouldn't give us a family meal.with all dark meat for a birthday party. We came early because it was a special order. We were willing to wait while they cooked it. First time in 9 years our request wasn't honored at a Popeyes, Disappointed!
Cole slaw was warm and tasteless.

I am a former employee of Chic-Fil-A and other companies in the food industry and sadly this drive through just did not measure up to even the lowest of expectations.
