Every store we shopped gave good customer service and was nice. Chicos in Ocean City, MD 10/5/17 around 3pm did not treat myself and friend nicely. Asked do you know how the sizes work? They were uncaring, did not wait on me as I stood quite a while to checkout. Sales woman said I'm coming. When she finally came to register, she took someone else who was not in line before me. The other sales lady was doing something with tickets and ignored me. I was so upset and so was my friend , I left the merchandise on counter and we walked out the store . The sales person said thank you ladies. I'm thinking for what? Putting up with your rudeness. That store does not deserve my hard working money. All customers should be treat respectfully the same. We are who keep them in business. Just thought you would like to know .
The outlets were wonderful. Not sure if they charged us tax on clothing. It's zero tax on clothing in NJ.
Great prices. It is not a very big outlet center but it has some nice stores. I ate the best pizza I ever had here in oc at miones pizza.
I go here often since I live close by. Certain stores are great. Old navy is coming soon which we are looking forward to.
I think I love this place since it's on the way to the beach. But it does have a very nice selection of stores
I was given a coupon book and 25% vouchers but unfortunately some of the stores do NOT accept them. Underarmour did and we bought a lot from them and amazing deals!
