The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable there are climate control storage so you can put your nice things along with clothes and not worry about them being damaged. Very lite and secure.

My sister kindly got the storage unit for me when I was moving my retail shop to another location. This was my first experience with a storage unit. The unit itself was perfect for my needs, with lots of little niceties...doors that stay open automatically, climate controlled, and brightly lit. My complaint, and why I would not recommend this facility is as follows. After clearing out the unit I took the padlock keys to the office to turn them in, and let them know I was out of the unit. I was told they didn't want them, that I had paid for the lock, it was mine. I did not retrieve the lock at that time as I had to open my shop. Several weeks later my sister received a late notice for the unit, the reason being the lock was still on the unit, and they didn't know if it was empty! The next day I went to the office to retrieve the lock and clear this up. I was told that he had made it very clear, even says it in his sleep, that the locks had to be turned in or they wouldn't know a unit was empty. I was NOT told this the day I checked out or I would have turned in the lock then and there. A partial credit was issued, but I don't feel there should have been any charge. It seems a little ridiculous to me that a storage business does not keep track of occupied units in a better fashion than locks on doors, perhaps an accounting of who is in and who is out?
