The manager was unhelpful as one person could be she was rude, nasty, and argumentative. As a gold crown member this is not the way anyone should be treated. There are other places to buu cards and you don't have to go into a place where you are not treated properly they could care less about your wants your needs your desire. Refusing to check with her maybe some of the items that i was looking may be in snother locstion.Whatever I asked I never got the correct answer for. I rarely and i mean rarelt bit his os the worst Hallmark store over!vThere no customer care. She refused the owner's name the manager's name and even a 20% off coupon. I truly don't want to be a gold crown member after having spent thousands of dollars. Thanks yelp@
