Our jet ski wouldn't start one morning while we were in OCMD on vacation. We were on the 2nd to last day of vacation. Jake was nice enough to come tow our ski to his shop. His crew repaired the ski, topped off the gas and had us back up and running in a day. We added 2 extra days to the trip, and we used WaterWays for refueling as needed. Thanks for all of your help!
They left our fuel cap off when fueling the boat we broke down because water in the fuel I changed the fuel filter 2 times we called them and he said he would take care of us we drove all the way back there in and he said because our cap wasn't on a chain that it wasn't there fault and start a fight yes up in my face over this unbelievable never go here they do not back up there work
Wonderful experience dealing with Water Ways as a first time boater and PWC owner...the guys were very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest .. I will most certainly use their services and storage every Season and for many years to come !!
