I booked an appointment with Jeff for a massage to help with some stiffness I felt in my shoulders and neck. He took the time to listen to me and my problem areas. He suggested a Thai Massage and I felt awesome after our session. I have tweaked my right shoulder before and he was gentle in that area as he asked if I had any injuries before we started. Place is clean and atmosphere was relaxing too. Very personable guy and would highly recommend!
