Everything!! If I could give it a minus star, I would! Walked in with my broken frames because I was referred to him by the Vision Care Department at Walmart in Berlin, MD., who was VERY helpful! She checked several frames, no luck. The Optometrist at OC Eye Care was, what's the word condescending at best. Said we have no frames that will fit, he did not even walk over to the wall of frames to even check! He acted very strange, overly mild mannered, as if he were a Funeral Dinrector! Not even a "I'm sorry sir we could not help you", nothing! No referral to another place to try, nothing!! I was VERY UNIMPRESSED with OC Eye Care! Would NOT recommend this business at all!
I love Dr. Stephanie and Cory. I have been a patient for several years and can't ask for better care and concern. I would highly recommend!
