Made the order at 10:47pm on Sunday night they told me it would be 90min for delivery and I told them that would be fine and they said okay. I called back and called back and called back and then I was put on hold. Then they came back on the phone and say they ran out of dough!??? Then they said they called us and nobody answered.... I of course told them that's impossible as myself along with my wife and 5 children waiting for a delivery. Then they had the nerve to ask me what I want them to do??!!! I said I'd like my order???? Then they tried to tell me that they can't find my order in the system. Oh, by the way it's 12:43am and all my children are asleep...fell asleep waiting on an order. I'm currently on hold with them still!!!!! I wouldn't
These guys need help they are swamped and as a result pizza time from order to available is extremely long. Please help these folks who are busting their chops . Perhaps website could set expectations like the leader board when you walk into Domino's. Everytime I walk in am forced to wait10 or more mintues because they are slammed, and missing phone calls to boot. Cheers!
I order pizza & ask to deliver but they didn't deliver after an hour i gave a call they said you order for pick up. I said plz deliver after that i was call more then 5 times at end i decided to cancel my order, one lady told me give me 5-7 minutes. i got pizza after 3 hours 30 minutes which was very cold. This was the worst service i have ever seen in my life. they are lucky i gave one star because there is no option for negative rating, If there i would happy to give minus 5 star,,,, Plz don't order from her,,,,, i am going to put this review every where,,,,
To their credit, the food was good and semi-warm. We will not, however, be ordering from here again and would highly recommend that you don't either unless you have a few hours to kill.
I only put one star because it wouldn't let me post without at least one but this place doesn't deserve even that! Called in an order for my family while on holiday the first time we visited Ocean City, MD.
give this dominos so much as a pen mark much less a star!!!! Now I'm placing my order again with the same darn place because everything else is closed. So, upon placing the order I was ensured that my order was going to be free of charge for the inconvenience. So, I was about to write something nice until the delivery driver shows up with my order hands me everything and I'm just about to hand him 20 bucks for tip and he says to me " okay that's $51.35." I was about to lose it but my Dad stepped in and said here hands him the money and a large tip. Well, there you go in the end we got food at 1:43am and our initial order was placed at 10:47pm. Dominos you ought to pay more attention to your franchise owners. ESPECIALLY THE ONE @ 104 64TH STREET OCEAN CITY, MD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered two pasta bowls at 7:53 on a Sunday night and they weren't delivered until 9:40. -_- I also sat on hold for five minutes waiting to ask about the status of my order.
I love this Domino's now that is under new management. My food is typically right on time and delicious. Oh, and the girl Rosyln that works there, she's awesome! HI Roslyn!!!
