I work nights...called store several different times to place an order for delivery between 12am - 1am, but store was already closed on at least three different occasions. When Internet hours state they are open for delivery until 1am. You expect to be able to place an order, not get a recording that says the store is closed. This can be very disappointing for any customer.
Placed order at 1030pm. Called back at 11:30 - said they were on the way. Called back at 1230 got a 5 minutes of recording and a guy picks up -- says they are closed, then got hung up on. Talk about a huge disappointment. I will be following up with a BBB complaint
Will not sell you a pizza after 9:25 for pickup must pay extra fee for delivery even if you're located next door online says open till 2 a.m. that is wrong
Two hours to deliver $30 for cold pizza! Never again
Ordered around 7pm and one and a half hours after the tracker said out for delivery the guy still wasn’t there. We called the store and they said looks like he’s running late. 15 minutes he showed up saying sorry but they are just swamped. Everything was cold. Not even warm. Just room temperature. Pictures are with and without flash to show how old they looked.
