My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in unit #5. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Parking was great compared to a lot of places. Having previously stayed in hotels, it was much nicer being able to cook our meals and saved us money on eating out all the time. Also, the beach is a half of a block's walk away and close enough that you can hear the ocean from your porch.
knew the owner of our unit (#9), and he made sure before we stayed a few nights, all the blankets, towels and pillows were washed. he warned us about one drawer that was broken in the kitchen he was going to fix. He replaced the A/C filter as well. The unit is not far from the beach, it is clean and it the beds were comfortable to sleep in all four nights.
