Parking was included in the rental - gated garage. As with most beach rentals the floors could have been a little cleaner, but in their defense sand gets everywhere. The condo we rented worked pretty well for my wife who is in a wheelchair, but its not specifically wheelchair accessible. (For example we needed to bring a shower seat, that sort of thing. ) We really liked that the doors had electronic combination locks - no need to carry a key.
Best location in O.C.!! Very nice place with reserved parking spots in gated garage.
What a great view and I love the convenience and location
Great place to stay. The gated parking was a plus. Plenty of room in the units. Beautiful view. Very close to the Boardwalk.
It was ok, but some door handles were either broken or the locks didn't work, plus there was one elevator and there were nine floors, the elevator was packed or either took forever to reach the pent house (floor nine) which I stayed on and the ground floor. But I admit the rooms were nice and the view was amazing.
One thing that we were a little sad about was that the reality agency that takes care of the rentals is *not* accessible. In addition, not all of the condo units have Wi-Fi, ours did not.
All in all, we'll be renting this condo again.
