Coldwell is the best!! We have vacationed every year for the past 30 years in OC. My family had used other companies in the past (one very well known company was so unfriendly when we went to pick up our keys at the beginning of the week, my husband refuses to use that company again). Coldwell Banker has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. ❤️
I have been renting with CB since I was 21. Loved them all these years. I'm in my 50's , the last 8 yrs, their rental properties have gone so down hill ! Beds suck, lumpy, bad saggy furniture, rust is bathrooms, Today I brought home my fav! Fresh crabs, NO MALLET! no big pot to boil, ONLY ONE 12" KNIFE, THE HANDLE WAS FALLING OFF, AND SO DULL I COULDN'T CUT MY SELF. The ice maker in fridge doesn't work, the toaster only toasted my English muffin 1/2 way, had to take it out and tum it around to toast other side. These realtors just take the $$ and never check on the items that are supposed to be in these units, Or units, themselves!! I'd be ashamed to call myself a realtor in the CB realtor!!
Stayed at the Pyramid unit 4 j September 2017. Everything was awesome and even had a early check in !
Had an issue upon check in but was transferred to Nathan who was very understanding and courteous. Hel listened to my concerns and facilitated a resolutions. He was also very respectful of the fact that I was on vacation and was careful not to call too much during the process. Any company can make a mistake but when they are there to help when a mistake occurs is rare. You can trust that when you book your in good hands. Thank you again.
F ! us. they make their $$ 30 days before e arrive Not to mention my key wouldn't work for me. every time I had to come up to y unit, my husband had to come because my hands were not strong enough to turn the key, over sized lock box. So just NOT to confuse anyone, this has goten WORSE over the past 8 years. First ot wwas lumpy matress, then bad furniture, then furniture datecin the 80's. and always more than @2k a week. I can go to caribeen for 10 days airline ticket way nicer accomadaions this is BS AND yes
I have spoken several times to them. So I reservered a place only to realize, the owner wanted it back, and no while I'm here this week, NO ONE IS THERE,and it was n up to date unit. GOING ELSE WHERE, **yes I understand the owner has the right to cancel on me anytime.
We've been booking our OC MD vacations at the Golden Sands for 15 years through Coldwell Banker Vacations. The website is user friendly and takes care of everything except handing you the keys.
