Arrived late last night to find the unit hadn't been cleaned after last use. Took photos of everything, cleaned up, fired off an e-mail advising them of the issue, had a cocktail and went to bed.
Rented Three Cheers 306N from this agency. Although there are a number of issues which we reported, we feel the worst three are the bathroom door not closing completely sticking and making a loud noise on each use, the need for us to tie up blinds or be subject to no privacy and the lack of proper stocking of the kitchen. We thought the agency did not properly inspect and confirm that the property ready for renting. Minimal accommodation provided not aligned with level of inconvenience.
One of the best vacations my family has had in years! They were super helpful, provided a calendar with events to do in Ocean City, and even allowed us a late check out. Condo was on the beach and beautiful. We will certainly be back next year! Many thanks!
Our family had a great stay for Labor Day 2017. Can't wait for next year, we love coming to the beach!
I used coastal resorts to plan our 2017 vacation. We had a nice time, the property was great, and the staff was pleasant.
### On a side note, unit we stayed in was older and dated. It had some wear and tear, furniture was a little cheap and dingy. It was also a heck of a lot cheaper than comparable units. Lesson is, you get what you pay for, don't go cheap and expect the Ritz!!!! Don't rate the Realtor because of the condition of the unit. ###
Got a phone call this morning at 9am from Amanda at the office. She offered to send a cleaning crew over right away and refunded us a large portion of our rental fee. No denying it was their fault, no blaming someone else, no fighting, no arguing, no hassle at all. Stand up company. Will rent from again. Nice to see good customer service!!!!!
