The website that I found the listing for our unit on stated that the Fountainhead building had wi-fi. However, upon check-in, there was no wi-fi to connect to, or password made available with our check-in materials. We contacted Condo Realty, and they provided us with a number that was supposed to be the front desk of our building - and someone answered who said "each condo owner is responsible for their own internet". After talking to the man at the parking desk, he gave us an old copied paper with an 800-number to contact. We found out that our only option was to purchase a one-week wi-fi pass for $25 and create a login. After signing up for wi-fi, the service turned out to be useless. Devices would only connect if we were standing right by the front door. We were not notified by Condo Realty that there was no wi-fi available or that there would be an access fee.

Customer service was horrendous. We called numerous times during the week of our stay and were given the blow-off every, single, time. Our room was filthy. The corners of all rooms and the floor space under the beds were covered in a layer of dirt, dust, and sand. Garbage from previous tenants was found under each of the three beds - this included an empty liquor bottle, a bottle of vape liquid, a cookie, empty coffee creamer containers, candy wrappers, and dirty cotton balls.There were dust bunnies/hair balls in the rooms. None of the mattresses had any sort of zippered mattress protector or bed bug protector on them. Everything (other than the kitchen counter tops) was dusty. Before I could use the medicine chest, I had to use disinfectant wipes to remove dust and rust to make them useable. The shower curtain liner was covered with slimy black mold. The tub/shower unit was lined with black mold. The shower head was coated in white mineral deposit.

I called back the following Tuesday, and did not get a response from her. As of today, it has been over a week since my initial attempt to contact the manager, and she still has neither returned my calls nor offered a resolution. This seems highly unprofessional and disrespectful of the business we as customers gave this company. It is unfortunate that hundreds of families will stay in condos booked through this company for their vacations, not knowing the dire lack of basic cleanliness that awaits them in their rooms. It disgusts me to think that my family and I slept in a condo that was not cleaned for months - with the exception of the counters and toilet.

We normally stay on the Ocean side, but decided to change it up this year and we were not disappointed. The Condo is very clean and conveniently located. We were able to quickly ride our bikes to the boards, something we love to do. We also liked how close it was to many restaurants and mini golf courses we like. Plus the bay view is awesome. We will look to stay here again.

Booked a condo days ago and have not yet received a single confirmation email nor a call from an agent as promised. I have called numerous times during business hours and no one has answered the phone nor have I gotten a call back after leaving a voicemail.

Update: finally received a call back. The woman was extremely rude and told me that the condo I had booked was for the entire summer only. Website is very misleading.

The most infuriating part of our experience were our interactions with Condo Realty to discuss our complaints. I called on a Wednesday, and was told that the "manager is not in until 2pm, and she will call you back when she is in." By Friday, my phone call had not been returned. When we checked out on Saturday, the manager, Susan, was there in person. I reiterated our dissatisfaction to her. I told her, "the condo looked like all that had been cleaned were the counter tops and toilet". She responded with, "yes, that's all they do". She also insisted that Condo Realty does not hire or employ the cleaning services for units, but rather that is the responsibility of the unit owners. She said she would need to contact the unit owners, and then would get back to me about a resolution. She also asked "if you had problems with the cleanliness of your condo, why didn't you call right away on Saturday after check-in?". I responded that we were just checking in, getting unpacked, and I assumed that the condo would be clean. My first order of business was not to inspect the corners of each room for dirt.

The electric plugs in the unit were a safety concern. They appeared to be original building equipment, and painted over. When we tried to plug into the outlets, our plugs were loose and fell out - they would stay in if something was propped against them. The only plugs updated in the unit were around the kitchen counter.
