THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldn't go back to this place if the fate of humanity depended on it!! First I took my car here to get inspected. I brought it in on a holiday weekend, so when I called at the end of the day and was told my car wasn't done (even though any other place would have an inspection done in 2 hrs tops and my car had been there for 9) I was patient. However, NEVER did I think that would mean that I wouldn't get my car back for another 4 days!! When I finally left an angry message the guy had the nerve to call me back saying how he had desperately been leaving me countless voicemails (a lie!) and then when I told him he was a liar, he got all huffy with me and said "Your car is done. Just get over here and get it!" I got my car and he had listed all these things that he says needed to be replaced but when I took them to another mechanic (because I obviously didn't trust this man) he said these parts were all fine! Regardless, I had him replace everything and I took the car back to Atlantic Auto for reinspection (because MD law says I have to) and this jerk claimed everything was wrong!!! It was clear this guy was going to continue to fail my car until he could make some real money off of me. When I told him he was a crook ad I would be calling someone to complain about him his response was a throaty laugh and then he says "well I can get you the number for someone!" This place needs to be shut down!!!
The woman that works the desk/phones is extremely rude, and discouraged me from ever going to this place to have work done. I recommend any other place in Ocean City who is not taking their bad day out on their customers!!
