8/6/17 Changed my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars after the owner contacted me and apologized for how the miscommunication was handled. He also refunded a price difference which I said was not necessary. Appreciated his concern about how his employees handled the situation from my perspective and that he reached out to discuss it.
I usually leave a couple of one dollar bills in my glove box for coffee. While getting my oil changed there someone took it.
Love this place, great staff, they are fast and even clean the inside of your car. Been going here for 6 years and will keep going back!
Have used other Jiffy Lube locations for years and have always had great service. This was the 1st and last time I will use this location based on how the manager handled a miscommunication on what was suppose to be a $39.99 conventional oil change.
