Three day repair from Tuesday-Friday. Called me early on Thursday to pick up the car. Car still had rough oxidation on the bottom of the car -- they said they would wet sand the area and I could pick it up Friday.
**EDIT 4/19** Car was picked up yesterday and finally everything was all fixed. I say everything with hesitation because they removed the passengers' side door panel film that I bought for the vehicle. They told me they would order the exact Honda OEM part and they can install it at a later date...
A co-worker accidentally hit my car and my claim had to go through Progressive. I was terrified that I couldn’t drive the 3.5 hours to my hometown dealership for the repairs, that I had to get it done locally. I’ve only heard horror stories in this area. I had never been to Caliber Collisions or even heard of them before this. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with smiling faces and free coffee. It was early & I needed it. Their knowledge of my vehicle and overall concern for my confidence in their work is what sold me. Even though in the end, I could have gone to my dealership, I still chose here. They did a fantastic job. You cannot even see where the damage was. In fact, they did a better job than my hometown dealership on my last vehicle repair. I am beyond thrilled with their work and all they did to go above & beyond for me as a customer. I encourage everyone locally to go here now. They even fixed my brother’s truck, the same time mine was in the shop. THAT’s how highly I recommend them. Keep up the great work! I don’t want to have to be back, but IF I do, I know where I’m taking my vehicle :)
NEVER GO HERE! The worst Body Shop I've ever been to in my life. Nothing but lies about a part being on backorder when it wasn't, they tried every excuse except the truth, their own incompetence. The repair was a 2 day repair took them over 2 weeks, they never called to update, when I called they said the car would be done by Friday, now they are saying Tuesday, what kind of idiots run this place?
The service at Pohanka Collision Center was great.The repair of our Honda was done on time, the work was wonderful. The repair came in on estimate, no extra costs. We are very pleased and will highly recommend Pohanka to everyone.
I come to pick my car up on Friday and they didn't wet sand the whole area, leaving a line of oxidized, rough paint around the edge of the passenger's side door, in addition to rough scratches on front bumper that were not there on Thursday. Caliber said they would have it ready Monday or Tuesday.
Good updates, but poor execution on my repairs for my vehicle. I wish they would get things 100% right the first time, but we're all human so I understand -- but now I'm having them redo my car a third time?! Borderline unacceptable. Here's hoping the third time's the charm...
Came here from Nationwide On-Your-Side because of a hit-and-run on my brand new 2017 Honda Civic Touring Coupe. Crooked dent plus rough, oxidized paint round the bottom of the car.
As said by last reviewer NEVER EVER go here. They had my car for two weeks to fix the damage from the accident and another 4 MONTHS to fix it from the damage they caused during the 2 weeks. Brand new car had fiberglass dust on it when they buffed causing scratches all over our car that is less than a year old. They sprayed clear coat all over our windows and rain gaurds causing damage. During the entire process we were lied to weekly by Levi the manager. After four months and 6 attempts I came to get the car the last time and they were driving it out of the shop dragging trash plastic that got hung up under car and car was still damaged and had not even been washed!!!! Was still covered in dust, more scratches and they had broken a bottom molding piece off unloading it. The paint no longer matches as they did not match correct colors and there are in perfections all over car. After this time I decided I had to leave with a damaged car as each time they worked on it, the damage became worse and we had not had our vehicle for four months. We are now considering legal action, but would like to warn all potential customers to beware of this shop, if you would like to view our photos of damage and there work feel free to email.
