Adequate housing, spacious rooms, the carpets in the hallway smelled a bit odd though, and were ripped up near the doors. We had two rooms and one room still had sandy/stained sheets, but they were replaced quickly, probably an oversight.
A little run down since last stay but the ocean front views can't be beat for the price. Housekeeping service is lackng. Beach chairs to use is convenient.
The nice pictures on-line did not come close to the condition of my room or the hotel was in. I went to get in bed and I found dirt, sand and popcorn under the bed covers like they did not change or clean anything. Spent $200 for this, never again. I am a local and wanted just to have a nice time on the beach with my wife. Never again will I come here and will make sure nobody that I know or friends that come visit me ever stay at Atlantic Oceanfront of 45th St. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
The location was great, couldn't say much for the room itself. It is desperately in need of a remodel. Stains and peeling paint.
Very nice spot for a practical late season weekend. A simple kitchen in the room saves on meal expenses. Desk staff was very helpful.
