Pretty much every room on the 4th floor & above has a small view of the ocean.
I enjoyed the ocean view, beach bar, bar on level 2 with the keno drawing, and their all you can eat prime rib buffet ($45). There is a parking lot across the street for oversized vehicles were we fit two entertainer coaches for two days (if you look you'll find water for your holding tanks in the center median).
The facilities are older and there are no laundry facilities. Aside from that each member of the staff that I interacted with, including bar tenders, servers, desk staff, etc were all wonderful people!
Good experience. Well set up. Food was great with plenty of room to roam around. Staff did an excellent job.
Went to have the buffet dinner at the restaurant just after Christmas. Did not have reservations, but they gave us a seat in the nearby bar anyway (resv. were req'd that day). Food was very good as usual. Service was fine. This place has been a mainstay in the off-season for us.
Check-in time was longer than expected because of the Groove Dance Competition dancers & their families doing the same.
Jacuzzi, outdoor & indoor pools are great for adults & kids.
Very clean rooms however hallways need new carpeting.
Several entertainments for kids, family & adults: live band every day, night club, family movie nights, kids' games, clown & magic shows...
There are only 3 small elevators so there is a wait time especially during check-in/out time.
Ample parking spaces at anytime.
We held our retreat at this hotel. The weekend was great. The staff here are AWESOME! Jackie, Quinton and Joe deserve special mention.
The location is good too! They have live entertainment nightly and two pool areas. Lots to do and experience here.
Overall it's a great place to stay for families with kids & pets.
Buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Morning buffet is very reasonably priced & more importantly, no wait time.
