It was nice to stay right on the beach. Place is very dated. Heaven forbid you have any questions for the "security" people at the front desk, they are all angry at the world it seems. Long and Foster will not answer any questions or handle even the slightest issue. Like someone else said, they literally shrug their shoulders at you and say "the units are all privately owned..." their excuse for everything. You must have to have an IQ below 10 to work for Long and Foster.
Good luck if you have any issues after hours the emergancy number provided is disconnected or redirects you to a busy line.
place is okay enough, but like the other reviewer said 11 months ago, good luck if you have ANY issues at all. not only after hours either, I had two issues with the property (two that I complained about at least) and all i got were shrugs of disinterest ... i wish i were kidding. my unit advertised "free wifi." $60 later, i bought into the Capri Wifi which was supposed to cover all my 5 family members devices, it worked on only 2 out of 5 iphones. "sorry, wifi is not guaranteed." I just paid $60 for free wifi and you cant deliver the product advertised (all devices) but no refund, no assistance, complete disinterest ... i would not stay there again just based on the piss poor management. Realize I'm not even complaining about the master bed I slept on for 3 nights that should have been replaced about 3 years ago I'd estimate. Granted, each unit is personally owned, but still...
