Very wonderful people to "work" with if you have questions leading up to your trip. They are also very nice when picking up and dropping off keys to your condo. Had no problems yet.
On the day due to sign lease after dealing with Bonnie who is very nice and helpful, Keti the boss tried to asked Bonnie to call and verify terms, then started running around the office screaming and yelling demanding an email from property owner, once that came she called property owner and convinced her to go back on the agreement. Now the property owner will lose thousands because there are so many cheap winter rentals it's hard to rent an efficiency unit and her hysterics convinced me to rent from others in the future. Beware, keti is very unprofessional and rude. As I see from other posts this is a pattern, do yourself a favor and try a different rental agency that is happy to do business with you and doesn't treat you like trash and go back on deals.
Very rude at check in. This is the first time that we used this company and the African American lady at check in was very rude. We've come down here for over 10 years and we have never been greeted this way. I understand that it's a busy time but no need to be so rude. Others waiting felt the same way.
We rented unit 404 in the Antiqua June 1-5 2017. Having looked at the pictures this unit looked very nice. It was obvious when we entered that the unit was old and dated. The beds were horrible the mattresses must have been the cheapest possible. We had to go out and purchase pillows and a shower liner due to mildew on the one that was there. This unit is not worth renting it needs a good cleaning and updating. Shoreline has been our rental company when we owned 2 condos,they are not responsible for how owners decorate or take care of their units but pictures of units need to be updated every couple of years. After renting from this agency 20+ times often having issues I had called and arranged for a winter rental in an efficiency,
Absolutely UNSAFE and completely DISGUSTING. Smoke detectors were knocked off the walls and the bathrooms didn't fuction correctly, the toilets didn't flush. The shower heads were covered with mold, algae, and scale. The beds had spots of stains and no mattress protector. Spoke too "Vaughn" multiple times during our stay and nothing was made safe or clean. STAY ANYPLACE ELSE!!
