The manager was very accommodating and responsive. He was quick to answer any of your questions and very reasonable. Definitely recommend to others and would stay at one of these properties again.
You'd think being so close to the boardwalk you'd heard everything but it was very quite in the back of the side street. We could even see the free fireworks from our balcony!
We will def stay again!
We stayed here for 4 days while in OC and I can't recommend staying here enough. We got a 2 bedroom in an updated guest house a block away from the boardwalk smack in the middle of downtown. Incredibly easy to get to from the bridge and included free parking around the corner.
Wonderful Ocean City beach house. Scrambled last minute for a Labor Day weekend apartment and found availability in the 9th Street beach house. Great location near boardwalk, spacious, sunny, and has its own deck. Also SO affordable, especially for the holiday. Owners even shipped back an item we accidentally left behind.
Can't recommend this place enough and will return again!
You cannot beat the location. Its close enough to the boards without being too close.
The location of the house was great, just a block from the beach/boardwalk. Our group stayed in Unit 1 at 104 Talbot Street and had plenty of space with all amenities you might need. Plenty of parking for our group as well. We definitely enjoyed having the deck, grill and washer/dryer available.
This house was awesome for our group of friends and it was a great location. We stayed on the 9th street location and it was a great price. We were a short walk to the beach and I loved that we had a front porch. The best part about the experience was the management by far! The owner(s) were very accommodating for our group. I even left a valuable belonging at the house and he sent it to me by mail right away. I really appreciated the kindness and hospitality that was provided. The house also had washer/dryer and a grill which was great!
Jay, the gentleman that showed us around, was very nice and made us feel right at home. The apt we stayed in, although small, was perfect for the 3 of us. It had a small kitchette with everything we'd need for cooking there (pots, pans, decent knives, glasses, etc) attached was a small living area with a couch, chair, and TV, and the two bedrooms had 2 bunk beds which our son loved. The mattresses were comfortable, the showers were hot, and the window AC unit kept everything cold. There was even a shower outside for us to clean off from the beach before going into the apt.
I stayed Sat-Sat in July at this location. Andy, the owner/manager, was very friendly and helpful. The large group above us, 20-somethings, we thought would be loud but we couldn't hear a peep!
