DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! I should have read reviews because it seems IM not the only person they advertised a refund to if your vacation is rained out! And when you contact them about it you get NO return calls from management. Customer service manager Russell sends you to another manager to dodge the question and eventually neither call you back......Pretty disgusting way to treat your clients considering your seasonal..... I will be also reporting your ethics to the BBB. Our booking rep Maria also would not return calls.....never again....
Vacation was RUINED thanks to this place. I've been renting from various companies in Ocean City for 15 years and will NEVER use this company again. Terrible customer service.
My family rented a condo for a weeks vacation. More than two pieces of furniture and the dishwasher were broken and the place was filthy. That could have been fixed though. However, on day two we discovered ROACHES. Cleaners and exterminators were sent, and both made it clear they and the Realtors had been aware of the infestation for months. Spent a day of vacation in the rental office or on the phone trying to salvage the vacation. In the end, all we were offered was a downgrade from a 3 bedroom Oceanside place near the rest of our family to a two bedroom place on the bayside 20 blocks away. Rental office seemed proud they were able to throw in an air mattress.
This management company in ocean city has employees who seriously should consider leaving the property management business. Often common sense should trump policy when it makes sense for your CUSTOMER. Never forget the customer pays your salary.
Don't rent from this company!! Made an instant booking for a condo , paid down payment only to have them cancel three days later. They said price was incorrect. It's their responsibility to ensure prices are correct! You are the Managment company! Tried to talk with the manager, didn't even have the courtesy of returning my call! In the process of filing a complaint with MD attorney general office of consumer protection agency.
