One of the most relaxing places to stay on the board walk. Nice efficiency rooms. Comfortable beds including the pull out couch. If we could we would stay here all summer long. Even in the off season's.
We had a bad hotel experience and had to come here because there weren't any other hotels with rooms. But this place was actually great, low prices and clean rooms, what else do you want?
Eden Roc is an older hotel,but it's nice considering the price.The staff is always nice! The Cool family has been staying here since we were kids.. and we will continue to! Thanks for the wonderful memories and keep up the good job Eden Roc☺
Rooms were fairly clean. Our towels and trash were changed everyday, and our beds were made when we asked. The sheets and towels weren't perfectly white and clean but definitely not the worst I've experienced. The staff was friendly and the pool was great. The only downfall was the wifi didn't reach our room. Good for the price
It's a very nice and affordable hotel. The problem was that there were constantly employees from the hotel patrolling around, even at night telling us we couldn't be out on our balcony after a certain time and acting as if we weren't of age to drink. If I'm paying extra for a room with a balcony that's ocean front, I will sit on that balcony whenever I please. It was such a nuisance and made our stay here a lot less enjoyable. They weren't nice about it either. The one lady had a VERY bad attitude and was very rude to us. So watch out to all you young people because they come around all the time and at night with flashlights. I also witnessed them pouring out the alcohol of the people who were staying across the hall from us because they were under age. The hotel would be absolutely perfect if it wasn't for those employees patrolling around that make you feel like they are hovering over you the whole trip.
