Very nice place but it just has a very bad musty smell.
Very rude staff. Wasn't even in our room yet so I let my son feed the seagulls and the lady yelled at him instead of coming to me. First glance the room looked cleaned but later found weed beside my bed! I do not smoke so...hmmm...it was cheap but you get what u pay for.
Now as far as everything else, the room is small and bathroom is a little out dated, but it was spotless! Very clean and I am "that person" who checks the beds for unwanted critters. I can not think of 1 bad thing to stay about the executive hotel. Oh, and the prices where GREAT!!!!
This is the second time we have spent a few days here. Prices are always decent, it is only a block from the beach and three blocks from the top of the boardwalk, so for a normally fit person, walking all day isn't impossible. Staff is fine, I personally have not seen anything terrible, or anything exemplary. You can hear noise from other rooms, but that's simply a construction issue that really can't be fixed. There's some sort of double door, locked from the inside of both rooms, connecting rooms, and those doors aren't the best sound insulators. Overall, accommodations are fitting for the price range, good value and good location. This really is my current go-to spot for a good priced room.
So a friend recommend this hotel. I must say location was great and price was not bad. BUT... the room smelled musty. We had to go to the store and get candles and Lysol to air out room. We also had to get someone to clean out bathtub because there was hair in it. We were there 5 days, no other complaints until the last day. We were getting ready to leave and three of the workers were outside our room speaking terrible things about the guests and how they are never left with any tips. Two of them were just sitting in the room next door in the beds they just made just waiting for us to leave. What really disturb us was when one the workers started prancing down the walkway screaming, "Get The Hell Out!" We did approach them and asked what was their problem.... We pretty much cleaned our own room everyday. All we asked for was towels. The lady stated she wasn't talking about us but other guests. I think this was just unprofessional. I don't care what job you hold you should not be behaving this way. We spoke to the front desk and they said they would handle it. I don't know if anything was handled, but a least we were on our way out so we didn't need to put up with that treatment. I don't know if this is the norm for this place but i was greatly dissatisfied.
First, I have to say Mrs. Linda is AMAZING!!! My visit was very last minute and she was able to help me out. She truly gaves the best customer service!
