My girlfriend and I had a great experience there! Grand hotel is at a great location, the rooms were spacious, clean and the way the hotel was designed & built, we had both city and ocean view from a side room. There was a fried chicken bone in an elevator around 1am on Sat night, that's the only thing that's stopping me from giving this place a five star. Highly recommend it :)
When we first arrived at the hotel, there was a possible issue with our room due to the air conditioning unit. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and all was resolved. Hotel is beautiful, staff is awesome, and there are plenty of restaurants, pools and games to keep you occupied! Location is perfect - right on the beach and boardwalk!
Amazing view room right out onto the beach. Pool and gym open 9am to 11pm, no early morning access to gym via swipe card like at some hotels. All three restaurants had very good food.
Been here a number of times. Enjoyed each visit. Plan to spend our anniversary there. Nice rooms and close to shopping. Get a beach view room...what a lovely site.
Absolutely love this hotel!! It's very quiet in the off season, and the rooms are fairly cheap. The oceanfront king jacuzzi room has beautiful views, which is also located on their highest floor. There's much to do within the hotel, multiple shops and restaurants you can visit without even leaving the building. Definitely recommend this hotel!
