The sofa bed sheets and mattress, as well as several pillows, were stained and dirty. While the staff was quick to bring replacements, the replacement mattress itself was stained. Besides this, the stay was good. This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and this was an unusual experience.
My daughter, granddaughters and I have been coming to Ocean City for the last 5 years to celebrate my daughters birthday. Each year we have stay at different locations. Finally we have found the perfect hotel to celebrate at. What a great location for grownups and children of all ages. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. See y'all next September.
Sara the cleaning person was great in cleaning the room! She was very quick and always seems to be pleasant! She deserves a raise! I hated to leave, it was so nice! I will definitely come back!
Our room was very nice and clean. The ocean view was amazing. Our room included a fridge/oven and microwave but we didn't use those. The pool was nice to swim during the winter but it was not warm. Getting out of the pool leads you next to their restaurant which is one open room. Also the restaurants food was decent but don't get the ribs. They were fatty and tough.
Great place right on the beach. The kids can play in the pool for hours while the parents can hang out on lounge chairs and enjoy refreshments! Would give five stars if they ever decided to upgrade the hotel. We have been coming here each year for five years. However, they need to update the hotel. For $400 per night, you would think they would update it. There is free fresh fruit in the lobby every day (bananas and oranges). The indoor pool is nice, but strange that the only restaurant is in with the pool. The ocean view room we always get has a balcony and in my opinion acceptable and not worth paying for ocean front. Walking distance to a rite aid, Brass Balls Saloon (great food and price), Starbucks, right on the boardwalk, right on the beach, free parking for one car, and a nice little arcade. Regarding parking, there are a bunch of spots but you need to claim it and keep it there. Otherwise it can be tough to find another. If you are a family, this is the place to stay. Looking to meet a hot chick, go elsewhere!!!
