Walked in the room right after we checked in. It smelled like mold and cigarettes, despite it being a non-smoking room. The walls had blood splatters on them, the mold on the wall was poorly covered with wallpaper, and there was a vomit stain on the bedsheets, not to mention the doors lock was missing. Most disgusting room I've ever been in in my life. Would not recommend coming here at all!
We stayed this past week for senior week, this place was alright for this but I would never recommend this place for a family vacation. From the naked eye this place looked pretty decent. Once you got in there was a leg about to fall off the table, chairs that if you sit in you are afraid they might collapse and a door that was falling off the frame. We all tried walking around in barefeet but had to stop because our feet turned black. The place was dirty. The counters hadn't been wiped, toilets weren't clean, and the sheets had an odor. At check out we were accused of missing sheets and blankets. We knew where they were and when we back to show them it was like they had vanished. Ended losing more then half of our $450 deposit over 2 blankets and a sheet. Not worth the money. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The people are very nice, and the security guards are even better. Rooms are very small but you are getting what you are paying for. We went for senior week and did not have a single problem. If you're going to be drinking keep it away that's all they ask. Great place. Especially for senior week.
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fairly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but small. The beds were comfortable as well and the staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. As I said before it will a little small and the price could have been a bit better, but I wouldn't mind staying here again if I had to.
The people here were very pleasant very nice very helpful I got to say the room was very clean when I entered the price was very cheap right where all the action is every year I come down here this where I will be thank you Madison Beach Motel it was a pleasure.
