Amazing hotel!! Very clean, I have never seen people clean the lobby so many times in one day! The staff were very helpful and hardworking! The rooms were new and stylish. I really liked the pool. It was small but great for my kids. There was a big sun shelf in the pool perfect for them!
The staff is friendly,very accommodating. I just want to give a shout out to Kimberly who had to deal with a real nasty guest here. He was extremely disruptive in the lobby,and Kimberly handled the situation very well and professionally as she escorted him out of the building. They right out the gate upgraded our rooms to suites, wanting to keep us coming back. This was the 1st night of check in before the madness the next morning. Hotels can't control the trash that walks in until it happens. But such occurrences will not stop me from coming back here. The rooms are nice, the staff more importantly was fantastic and even the complimentary breakfast was a bonus! Merry Christmas Microtel staff!
Staff friendly, place clean and well maintained. Would have given it five stars if they had breakfast which they say not a continental breakfast. Coffie, juice, muffins, cereals and a waffle (which takes three minutes to make each one, should have an extra waffle maker) with no form of meat to go with it.
Excellent staff!! A wonderful experience. Went for Bike week 2017, my boyfriend got sick and we ended up needing to stay after his discharge from the hospital. I highly recommend this hotel not only because it very clean and accommodating. But because the staff is wonderful. Thank you .Kim
The hotel was super clean and updated. The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and modern and clean as well. An added bonus was the 45-50 inch flat screen that came in the room. Overall would recommend to anyone that wanted to visit ocean city without having the hectic and loud boardwalk to deal with.
