We've been coming here for a long time and in all that time we've never found anything to complain about. The new work that was done this year is as expected top notch however while they were closed we had to stay some where else I will not say where, but I'm glad to be back at what I tell all my friends is my hotel
As always customer service was outstanding! I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff are here from Casey, Carolyn, Anthony, etc... Hoping that renovations will be fully completed for next season. The new pool area is AWESOME! Despite construction, the hotel was relatively clean. Staff were constantly tidying up throughout the day, so hats off to all of the staff for pitching in! Only wish that Connor's was still the main resteraunt there. We missed the atmosphere of the old Connors Restaurant. Bull on the Beach had a different crowd then what we were accustomed to. We still were faithful patrons of the new downsized version of Connor's and loved visiting the familiar faces and staff there! We just can't say enough about the customer service here, it is unbelievable and it is what keeps us coming back each season!

Just stayed here over labor day weekend. This is our 3rd time staying here and i absolutely love it. The rooms are very clean ( i love the kitchenette area), the staff very friendly and it's so close and convenient for anything you want to do on the boardwalk. We spent some time at the deck bar and Jorge was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to come back next year which i will be definitely staying here. I do offer 2 suggestions to make this place even greater... A hot tub and maybe a waitress/runner to run from the bar to the pool deck for drinks. Thanks for a great weekend Park Place .. see ya next year. :-)
We chose Park Place because of it's ocean side rooms with balconies and good ratings from others. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and having the balcony was extra fantastic.
But the service at the hotel is what was really special. From making the reservation to check-out the entire staff was welcoming, helpful and just downright cheerful all of the time.
Beautiful, comfortable, modern, clean rooms! Rooms with beautiful ocean views! Friendly, courteous, staff! Great rates! Will be returning!
