We have been staying at this location since 1975. Presently we typically stay here at least two times per year. We like the Ocean Front rooms, proximity to the Boardwalk and the Tram System. For may of your trips we park the car and use the Tram or walk to attractions and Restaurants. We still enjoy the beach and swimming in the ocean. You cannot get much closer then at this site.
Kitchenette in the room is a great convenience. Love that they have a hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool faces the ocean. Parking is provided. We had an ocean view room and you can hear the ocean waves from inside the room and balcony. AC caused some condensation in the room so the ceiling was dripping which is a risk of mold. Toilet had a tendency to run so had to jiggle the handle to stop it. Otherwise, a splendid stay...will definitely return and recommend!
Hotel staff was very friendly.
I love this hotel on the boardwalk. It is centrally located to many restaurants and stores. The best part, however, is being right in the boardwalk with the beautiful beach and ocean right right there! The hotel's indoor pool and hot tub is very welcoming.
Hotel is nice the pools are nice. They have 3 total with one being indoors. There is an outside pool bar that serves food as well. It's a great hotel for families. Stayed on the ground floor so I have no opinion on the elevator as some have made comments about. Hotel is right on the beach and has great views. There is a restaurant located outside the hotel which is perfect for breakfast. There is also a bike rental right outside the hotel as well which is very convenient. Service and staff was very friendly and addressed any concerns or questions promptly. Definitely will stay here again.
Atrium was nice and well kept. Great service at the restaurant and also great location... Within walking distance to many popular places. Only issue was cleanliness of the room.. in need of updates and renovations. Carpet was dirty bathroom had feces on the wall and water stains on ceiling and walls.
