My only concern was there was a bit of mold on the inside of the shower curtain in the bathroom which I assume is due to guests leaving the shower curtain bunched up together after being wet, but everything else was absolutely spotless and in wonderful condition.
reasonably priced rooms with great view and decent/clean rooms. microwave and mini fridge full sized shower/bath. no coffee maker though but there's a decent sized tv and beds were decently comfortable!
Great pricing, great location and very accommodating. They were life savers this past weekend!
The Sahara had 1 room left with a 2 night minimum which was perfect because that was what we had booked for the other place. The room was a million times cleaner and in a much better condition than the previous room at the other place AND was $50 less for two nights! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful getting us in last minute.
My boyfriend stayed here before we met....We've been staying here for several years.. It's a great, clean motel (and prices are great for location), easy access to the beach, nice Cafe, pool, super friendly staff!! heading there in the morning!! Can't wait!!(Robin and Charles)
I was SO incredibly thankful to get a room last minute at the Sahara Motel. My friend and I had originally booked at the Americana Motor Inn only to find our room in an absolutely disgusting condition upon arrival. We immediately went down to the front desk and asked for a refund.
Motel is of average quality and general cleanliness. Prices were very reasonable for my friends and I when we were in high school, several years ago. The Sahara Motel is a decent choice for a modestly priced room; however, as with all motels, it certainly isn't of the utmost quality.
This is an older motel but well maintained. Visited many times and never disappointed. Usually stay here in October to celebrate our anniversary.
