Not what I expected!
Will I be staying again HELL NO! If you want to be constantly searching or fighting for space this is your place! When I booked it clearly stated there was on sit parking. There isn't! You'll either have to fight over parking or pay 20-50 dollars a night to park in the front parking lot that belongs to a bar. Housekeeping never came around in the 3 night I stayed! I constantly asked for a broom and was told they don't provide anything. The floors were filled of sand that everyone brought back with them and we couldn't do anything about it! It wasn't until the last day that I spotted a housekeeper cleaning a room someone had checked out and asked for a broom, and was given one! I expected more, and I want to make it clear that I paid more than my experience was worth! (About $950)
Proximity to the Beach and the Boardwalk.
This place is a major scam. They charge you $3250 and randomly evict you. We had no warnings and did nothing wrong yet were told to leave on our 5th day withing 5 minutes. Do not recommend staying here!
You get what you pay for. It's not too bad, but the bathroom is really small and inconvenient. The bathroom door doesn't close fully. Aside from that, it's an alright place.

For the money we paid for the weekend , this place needs serious upgrades. Walked in n was disappointed with the living room area, twin size sofa(missing a back cushion) a full size sofa will b nice. My son kept turning in his sleep n thought he was going to fall off. Had a coffee maker but no glass pot for the coffee to drip in? Stove- bottom drawer was off the hinge. Bathroom was a closet space, shower curtain was disgusting had paint on it. Won't recommend this place. P. S. No parking space, good luck hunting for a space....
Small Bathroom. Window sills dirty. No onsite parking. Kitchen items were awful. Direct TV set top box did not work.
