We've taken our family of five here for a few summers and have found it to be the perfect "self-contained" ocean city vacation neighborhood. Private beach. Beautiful grounds. Plenty of privacy. Beautifully landscaped everything!!
My family stays here every year, and I love it. I have a lot of great memories here, and I've never had any problems with people or staff here. I love it here! :)
All in all the entire family had a great time here and we'll definitely go back.
We stayed here for a week and were very happy with the townhome and the facilities. We used the pool and enjoyed time on the private beaches. The main beach by the pool is the biggest by far and has the most action by it but the two smaller beaches are good for sunning yourself or taking the kids out paddle boarding or looking for sea creatures. We saw quite a few horseshoe crabs. The pool area is well staffed with lifeguards and waiters/waitresses to take food and drink orders. That took a little bit of time as they were busy getting lots of food and drink orders but it is so convenient. The main beach has that service too. The pool is not very deep along with the inside pool but it is great for cooling off and activities. There is a mandatory adult swim every hour on the hour which is not great for kids who are enjoying the pool to be kicked out for 10 minutes as there were few people taking advantage of the kid free pool. There is also a sauna and a gym onsite to be used for those with the passes. The restaurant that services the pool/beach and eating area seemed like it had a good selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the secure area and the private ice cream parlor / general store with the near by interactive fountain. This is a great place for families to vacation as you don't have to leave the facility to have a good time but if you do you are centrally located in OCMD with nearby minigolf, restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the ocean beach. I will definitely come back here next time.
Family vacation was great here, it comfortably slept 10 plus a toddler. Pool is perfect for kids but also has adult swim. The bay beach is very nice perfect for kids and has amazing sunset views. It's a bit of a walk to the ocean side beach ~5-10 minutes depending on which unit you have. We don't own a boat so couldn't take advantage of the docks on site but they do have them. Only draw back was they're a little ticket happy about the parking but you can pay for extra passes I think $75 each for a week, and our unit only got 6 pool passes for ten people, but we were at the beach most days anyway. Again you can buy extra passes for $75 each for the week.
Wonderful place for family reunions. Lots of amenities and things to do for the whole family.
