This is an older motel. However it is clean & reasonably priced. Staff was friendly & informative. Given the opportunity I would stay there again.
Overall my overnight experience at this motel was in the middle. The room was neat and tidy and I loved the resources it provided. Although I couldn't get a lot of sleep due to the fact that a guest next door was playing the music too loud all night. You could hear a lot of things from the other bedrooms and I hope that problem gets fixed somehow.
From the out dated bathroom/room itself, old springs in the mattresses, mold in the room even behind the TV. We had to tolerate a night shift desk personal rude customer service skills or just outright rude. When ask for her name so I could talk to the manager in the morning she will fuse and basically threw me out of the front office. Then the morning came I spoke to the manager barely got out my story out and she had the same attitude and basically didn't try to here us at all. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A OLD NASTY TOTALLY OUTDATED MOTEL ROOM STAY WITH A NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THIS IS YOUR PLACE. However Ocean City is always a great fun fun place
Was HORRIBLE. I went down for senior week and was suppose to stay at the Holiday inn. Couldn't stay there so they refunded my money and sent me to thunder bird. The shower was cold, refrigerator/microwave/TV didn't work at all, our door couldn't shut which made cold air come in. And I honestly think that there was bed bugs there. My friend woke up with a rash. Was horrible. Shouldn't even receive a star. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.
Was pleasantly surprised how nice the front desk staff were. Our room was very accommodating for 2 to 4 people & clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Very close to the beach & close to some amusements, a market & fast food places. The pool was kept clean. You get what you pay for. Would stay again!!!
